BP still in the weird held status.

The Big Pond application is still in the weird held status today (3 mins ago). I emailed The Telstra City West rep I know and have had a call from them saying they are going to check it out from their email by email the tech. I'm waiting a response. There better be a bloody good reason if the status I currently have is incorrect!!!.
